Returns

All items can be returned within 30 days, from the day of purchased, if unworn, unwashed and unaltered – the item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that we will not refund any shipping cost incurred from your original purchased.

If there is manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund after assessment.

Gift cards, e-gift cards and FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Step 1: Go to our Online Return Portal

Step 2: Follow instructions to select items you wish to return

Step 3: Print your return forms

Step 4: Include the packing slip and securely seal the unworn item(s) in its original packaging, OR other reliable packaging, and affix the return label of the packaging. Make sure the tracking labels are shown.
